Cross-Referencing Your Nutritional Needs

Nutritional Doctors and their patients use Nutrients to Prevent and Treat Other Health Problems from Minor Irritations and Ailments to Major Disorders and Diseases

Matching some of your other bodily symptoms can be clues as to how much of a supplement you might need or want to take for your Depression.

It is reported that people with depression commonly have heart problems as an example.

And we know that B-6, B-12 and Folic Acid help the heart by reducing homocysteine.  And guess what - people with depression are often deficient in or are in greater need of the very same nutrients.

Most vitamins and nutrients are used throughout the body and there our minor ailments are often very important health clues as to what we need to be taking and how much.

For example - look up Biotin, or Niacinamide in these books, or other books you may have - you might be surprised to see the range of seemingly different ailments treated with the same supplement.
