Here's What B-Vitamins I Take Some Days, Most Days,
Maybe, Sort of, But not Exactly.
(Not necessarily what you should take!)

B-1, Thiamine 300-1000mg
B-2, Riboflavin 100-400mg
B-3, Niacin 800-3000mg Flush-Free
B-3, Niacinamide 1000-2000mg
B-5, Pantothenic Acid 500-2000mg
B-6, Pyridoxine 200-600mg
Choline 1000-1500mg
Inositol 1000-2000mg
Folic Acid 5mg-10mg
Biotin 800mcg
PABA 100-500mg
B-12 2000-5000mcg

 

Here's what some of you might start with - Take with FOOD.
Better in divided doses with meals.

 

B-1, Thiamin 100-200mg  more for anxiety
B-2, Riboflavin 100-200mg
B-3, Niacin 400-800mg Flush-Free
B-3, Niacinamide 500-1000mg
B-5, Pantothenic Acid 500-1000mg
B-6, Pyridoxine 200-300mg
Choline 350-700mg
Inositol 500-1000mg
Folic Acid 800mcg-3200mcg
Biotin 400-600mcg
PABA 100-200mg
B-12 1000-2000mcg

 

A more modest start would be a B-complex with
25, 50 or 100mg of each B-Vitamins,
plus a good general multiple vitamin.

 

 

How to get started.

1. Digestion & Absorption
You need to figure out where you stand as far as your body's tolerance
to the pills once you swallow them.

If you have never taken any vitamins or don't remember

If vitamins make you burp or make you nauseous, like me

If you have an iron stomach, like my hubby

If you really have trouble swallowing pills
